Studio Lighting 

In this assignment we worked with studio lighting and different ways to capture it. My subject is my classmate Angie. We did broad lighting, side lighting, short lighting, Rembrandt lighting, and butterfly lighting. I enjoyed working with studio light because we didn't have to worry about natural light such as the sun. I hadn't previously worked with a studio light so I had some trouble figuring out how to fix my aperture. With help from my professor I learned how to fix it. Another thing I struggled with is making sure I was steady when taking the photos so it wasn't blurry. After fixing the shutter speed and making sure I was steady my photos began to be more clear and not as blurry. I would like to work with more studio lighting in the future so I can get more practice with portraits.
